A Day At KBS 12/07/2010

I was with my dad. He works for a huge cleaning company named KBS. The purpose of the company is to make stores such as Macy's or Sears, a clean environment for it's customers. My dad is the branch manager of KBS & what he basically does is goes to the stores he's assigned & check if everything in that store is clean. Another thing that my dad does is hire people. I helped one person on filling out their application. 


The people that benefit from KBS is the customers that go into big stores like Macy's. What KBS does really well is actually sticking to it's goal of making the stores cleans as possible so the customers of the stores can feel comfortable. Something that KBS needs to improve on is keeping it's janitor staff organized.
